Ingredients : Coriander, Star Aniseeds, Bay Leaves, Cumin, Cinnamon, Fennel, Clove, Mace, Nutmeg, Black Pepper, Black Cardamom, Shah Jeera, Green Cardamom
Recipe : Heat 2 tbs. Ghee in a pan, add 2 sliced Onion, 1 chopped Capsicum and 1 Tomato Cook it for 2-3 min till it become golden brown. Add 2 tbs. Ginger-Garlic paste, Green Vegetables (200g.), Salt & 2 tbsp YOUR'S Biryani Pulav Masala. Add water (300g) & 200 gm Basmati Rice. Cover the Pan & cook till rice is fully cooked. Garnish with Coriander leaves & serve it.
Note : You can use any vegetable like, Peas, Beans, Cauliflower, Potato.
