Ingredients : Coriander, Cumin, Chilli, Turmeric, Dry Ginger, Onion Powder, Salt, Black Cardamom, Black Pepper, Clove, Cinnamon, Garlic Powder, Star Aniseeds, Green Cardamom, Nutmeg, Mace
Recipe : Heat 2 tbs. Oil / Ghee in a pan. Add 2 chopped Onion, 3 Tomato, 4tbs. Ginger-Garlic paste. Fry till it became golden brown. Add Red Chilli powder, Salt, 2 tbsp YOUR'S Chicken Masala. Add water as per requirement. Add ½ kg cooked Chicken pieces and cook until it thickens. Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot with Chapaty or Roti and Rice.
