Ingredients : Coriander, Fenugreek, Cumin Seeds, Salt, Chilli, Urad Dal, Chana Dal, Dry Mango, Black Pepper, Cinnamon, Clove, Turmeric, Mace, Asafotida
Recipe : Heat the 2 tbs. oil in a deep non-stick pan and add the pinch of mustard seeds. When the seeds crackle, add the curry leaves and sauté on a medium flame for a few seconds. Add 2 tbs. YOUR'S Sambhar Masala, pinch of Asafoetida, cooked Bottle Gourd and 4 Pic. Drumstick, 3 Tomatoes, cooked Mix Dal ( 250g), Salt, Chilli powder, Turmeric powder, Tamarind pulp and water (400g), mix well and bring to boil. Cook on a medium flame for 4 to 5 minutes, while stirring occasionally. Garnish with chopped Coriander leaves. Serve hot with Idly, Wada , Dosa .
