Ingredients : Coriander, Cumin, Chilli, Dry Ginger, Bay Leaves, Turmeric, Salt, Black Pepper, Clove, Black Cardamom, Cinnamon, Star Aniseeds, Nag Kesar, Fenugreek, Nutmeg, Green Cardamom, Mace
Recipe : Heat 2 tbs. Oil / Ghee in a pan. Add 2 chopped Onion, 3 Tomato, 4tbs. Ginger-Garlic paste. Fry till it became golden brown. Add Red Chilli powder, Salt, 2 tbsp YOUR'S Meat Masala. Add water as per requirement. Add ½ kg cooked Mutton pieces and cook until it thickens. Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot with Chapaty or Roti and Rice.
