Ingredients : Coriander, Cumin, Dry Mango, Salt, Chilli, Cinnamon, Clove, Fenugreek, Star Aniseeds, Black Pepper, Dry Ginger, Kachari, Turmeric, Mace, Asafotida
Recipe : Take 2 tbs. oil in a pan add 1 chopped onions, 2 tbs. Ginger Paste, 3 chopped Tomatoes after properly cooked, then add the 2 tbs. YOUR'S Chhole Masala, Red chilli powder, Green Chilies. Now add the pre boiled 250 g. Chhole with a little quantity of its stock. (You can add more stock if you want more gravy.) Simmer for 8-10 minutes at law to medium flame till the gravy thick. Garnish Chhole with chopped Onions & Coriander leaves. Serve the Hot Chhole with Kulchas, Bhaturas, Pooris, Rotis, along with sliced Onions and Lime. Chhole also tastes good with Rice.
