4. What is the booking amount? Is the booking amount refundable ?
There are two booking amounts, INR 10,000 for less than INR 30,00,000 projects and INR 20,000 for project for and above INR 30,00,000. The booking amount is 100% refundable for a period of 30 days
5. What happens after I book my home?
You will receive a confirmation mail from Infibeam with the invoice. Subsequently, a HDFC Realty consultant will reach out and guide you throughout your home buying journey including site visit, loan planning, building a payment plan and EMI plan etc
6. Do I have a choice to selecting the unit I want to buy?
Yes, you do. The project page clearly showcases which project I am buying. However, details like floor number, facing details etc will be decided on a project to project basis
7. What is the total price of the home I am buying?
The total price is mentioned clearly in the product page.
8. In case, if the person/customer is unsatisfied with the real estate project after a physical visit of the site or any other reasons, will the entire amount would be refunded without cutting any charges?
Complete refund will happen within a period of 30 days. There is no hidden or processing fees also.
